In this course we had to illustrate an entire ABC book for children. I chose to use video game characters. Mostly, I traced over the characters because the characters were already established. I tried to use simple shapes instead of going into much detail. Since this was a children's book it was recommended to use a variety of colors so I used Adobe Kuler to help me decide which colors worked well with others.
