The objective of this assignment was to create a self-portrait composition from scratch using Photoshop using the style of a known artist. I personally wanted to try for something a little bit messy looking, for the lack of better term, and ended up finding Jim McVicker. He is a very talented oil painter who lives in California, here is a link to his blog for some more of his work.
I had a lot of fun with this one, it was my first time using a drawing tablet with Photoshop.
